An original late 1900s 2 story beach cottage was completely updated and renovated. Lovely colors and fixtures were chosen by the builders but the staging looked like a model home but this was a Venice Beach pad close to the beach and the Venice Circle. So… to show off the West Coast light and the local flavor, Janice McCarty Design & Home Staging went in and added some coziness and style to the previous look. Our purpose was to inspire the buyer with a bit of a bohemian feel to it with lots of character and attention to detail for the Venice Beach life.
